However, when a project requires in-depth planning — such as detailed design work, site visits with subcontractors, material selections, and a full project budget — we treat that as part of our design process.

For these more detailed estimates, we take a design deposit, which varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. This ensures we can dedicate the time and attention your project deserves while developing a clear, accurate plan and budget before construction begins.

We post daily logs with photos, so you can see what’s happening on your job site even when you can’t be there in person.

Clients who want to stay closely involved can sign in to their BuilderTrend account at any time to view progress, track costs, and review upcoming milestones. Whether you prefer regular check-ins or just occasional updates, we make sure communication is simple, consistent, and transparent from start to finish.
